Alyssandra J. Kent, former owner

Born in Scarborough, Ontario, Alyssandra has lived in several communities in the province, including London, Mississauga, Erin, Guelph and Fergus. 

Alyssandra graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a double major in Political Science and Socio-Cultural Anthropology. 

In 2014, Alyssandra decided to pursue a career in law, returned to school at Centennial College, and obtained her Paralegal diploma. In 2015, she became licensed with the Law Society of Ontario. 

Following five years of providing legal services to her clients at a reputable law firm in Guelph within their litigation department, Alyssandra was excited to launch Kent Paralegal Services, PC, in January of 2020, with the goal of offering affordable and effective legal services to multiple communities in the area.

In March 2023, Alyssandra decided to pursue a life-long passion and accepted the position of Executive Director of a local non-profit. In doing so, Kent Paralegal Services made the bold decision to partner with a full-service law firm, Nelson, Watson PC. 

Alyssandra is confident is she leaving her practice in good hands with Fiona Douglas and the Nelson, Watson team!
